What software do I need to use the titles at this site?
To read EPUB eBooks on your Android, BlackBerry, or iOS4 (iPhone®, iPad®, iPod touch®) device, you need OverDrive Media Console v2 (or newer) for Android, BlackBerry, or iPhone/iPad. To download OverDrive Media Console, click here.
To read EPUB eBooks on your computer, or to transfer EPUB eBooks to supported eBook reading devices, you must have software installed that supports the EPUB format, such as Adobe Digital Editions.

I entered a coupon code with my order but the savings shows as $0.00; did the coupon work like it should?
Coupons are applied based on the title's original Suggested Retail Price (SRP). If there are multiple opportunities to receive a discount (for instance, a coupon and a promotion at the eBook Store), we apply the highest discount on your behalf. In cases where a promotion at the eBook Store is greater than the coupon discount, the on-site discount takes precedence and the coupon savings will show as $0.00. Note that in this scenario, the coupon code entered is not actually applied. You can therefore use the coupon with a future purchase if desired (subject to the original expiration date of the coupon).

Can I download a title multiple times?
Yes. This site maintains a history of purchased eBooks called 'My Bookshelf'. You can re-download from the 'My Bookshelf' page by clicking on the 'My Bookshelf' link in the 'My Account' page. To reach the 'My Account' page, click the 'My Account' link and enter the required login information.

What is your return policy?
As eBooks cannot be physically returned, it is our policy to not offer refunds on successful purchases (i.e. items have been successfully downloaded to your PC or reading device). If you have concerns about your purchase, please contact customer support.
